Staging SMS verbal opt-in
This page documents the verbal consent process for controlled MyAIPOS staging tests. It is not an enrollment form and does not collect consent or mobile numbers.
Purpose and expected traffic
Messages test secure intake-link delivery and related AI receptionist workflows using synthetic records only. This is not production patient traffic. Only specifically approved staging testers are eligible.
Expected staging traffic is a maximum of approximately 50 SMS messages per month across the staging sender. Message frequency may vary for each tester. Message and data rates may apply.
What authorized staff tell the tester
Before recording consent or adding a number to the staging recipient allowlist, authorized staff use this verbal consent script:
MyAIPOS, operated by Lisbon Tech, LLC, would like to send you non-marketing SMS messages for controlled application testing, including secure intake links and related receptionist workflows using synthetic test records. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact support@myaipos.ai. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Do you agree to receive these staging test messages at the mobile number you have provided?
The tester must verbally confirm that they agree. Silence, participation in testing, or possession of a phone number does not constitute consent.
Recording consent and approving delivery
- Authorized staff inform the tester of the purpose, variable frequency, potential carrier charges, STOP/HELP instructions, and voluntary nature of consent.
- The tester explicitly agrees verbally to receive staging SMS messages at their provided number.
- Authorized staff record the consent event before the number is placed on the staging recipient allowlist.
- Only expressly consented recipients with recorded consent and explicit allowlist approval may receive a staging message.
Allowlist approval alone is not consent. Recording consent does not automatically send a message. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Revoking consent and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out, or tell authorized staff that you revoke consent. A tester who revokes consent or sends STOP is blocked from further routine staging messages. A provider opt-out confirmation may still be sent.
Reply HELP for the provider’s automated messaging instructions, or contact support@myaipos.ai for MyAIPOS assistance. The current provider HELP response is: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.” HELP does not promise a live staff response.
START or UNSTOP restores provider-level messaging permission. START or UNSTOP does not by itself restore MyAIPOS permission; new consent must be reviewed before routine messaging resumes.
Privacy and terms
SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited service-provider processing to transmit messages and report delivery is described in the SMS Privacy Policy.
